C. IDEAS
1. Nonverbal Communication
It's the language of the body, and its meaning can't be hidden. Every facial expression, gesture, mouth twitch, raised eyebrow, tone of voice, slump, hand twisting, and smile sends a message. Body language shows your emotions. If your words don't match your body language, your body speaks louder. Others will notice. When body language gives off a negative vibe, it diminishes a person in the eyes of bosses, the public and others. Here is a link to consider using to help students understand examples and results of negative body language.
